Generalist Teacher

A passion for Experiential Education brought me to the SSL back in 2009 as a founding member of the Gnurad-Gundidj Campus team, prior to that I studied Outdoor Education and spent a few years coordinating a large school based Outdoor education program.

Over the years my purpose has focussed upon Wellbeing, in particular the importance of Mental Health, for us all to be the best we can be. I take great pride in my contributions to the healthy and fun and growth-based culture we have developed at the Gnurad-Gundidj campus and enjoy how this evolves each term with each unique student and staff community.

My interests are Stand Up Paddleboarding, Cycling: MTB and Road, Music, Podcasts, hoping that the Bombers have a win, spending time with my wife and our two Labradors, and just being a positive and healthy influence on my friends, family and community.
